St. Louis Wedding Videography By Jason Gibson Films:
Steve & Natalie
She was “Cute Blonde Girl,” and he was “Yellow Shirt Guy” after both being tagged by a mutual friend in a Facebook picture. One year later Natalie and Steve met again and recognized each other from the photo. This reconnection lead to many laughs, a phone number exchange, and a first date. Four years later Steve proposed by singing and playing an original song on his guitar. He handed Natalie a homemade maraca so she could play along. But this was no normal maraca. Inside were the ring, ticket stubs, and notes that Natalie had written to Steve throughout their time together. After a trip down memory lane and a very sweet proposal, she said “Yes!”
With a proposal like that, this couple’s creativity is obvious. And their originality came through in the ceremony. Natalie and Steve were married at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church in St. Louis, MO. The walls of the church are embellished with crosses and alpha and omega symbols. They were inspired by the design and incorporated it into their wedding logo. And Natalie made the gorgeous centerpieces for the reception herself!
Everyone at the wedding received silver bells to ring as the couple exited the church. So sweet! At the cocktail hour Landolfi String Quartet and Ensemble played pop music and classic rock, then switched over to the Beatles during dinner. Then CJ’s DJ played out the rest of a truly inspired and beautiful night. Congratulations Natalie and Steve!
