Do you work well with photographers?
We love photographers! We’ve worked closely with many St. Louis Wedding Photographers and make it a point to connect with them before your wedding to create a friendly work environment for everyone involved!
What do you need from me prior to the wedding day?
To ensure that your day is covered to the best of our ability, you will work closely with Jason Gibson Films to create a timeline of events. About a month out from your day, we will send you a questionnaire that will cover the essential details of your St. Louis Wedding. This information will help to ensure we cover everything special to you in your Wedding Video.
Will Jason Gibson Films give us direction on what to do or how to act for our wedding video?
It’s our goal to produce the best wedding video possible while interfering with your wedding day as little as possible. We are a laid back team and we work to film the events of your wedding day as it naturally happens. Instruction from Jason Gibson Films will fall between very minimal to non-existent!
How do you dress on wedding days?
The team at Jason Gibson Films does its best to fit in with the average guest while filming your St. Louis Wedding Video. Typically that means we will be wearing black slacks and a black dress shirt. Be sure to keep an eye out for Jason Gibson’s socks though! They can get pretty wild!
How do you capture audio during the ceremony for our St. Louis Wedding Video?
Capturing clean audio is a crucial part of our job at Jason Gibson Films. To ensure we capture the best possible audio, both the officiant and the groom will be mic’d prior to the start of the ceremony. This is to record audio for your wedding video, not to amplify audio for your guests.
What format will our wedding video be delivered on?
Our Films are delivered on a USB Flash Drive in full HD quality. It is optimized for playback on various phones, tablets, smart TVs, and computers. DVDs are available for purchase upon request.
How do you choose the music for my video?
The music you hear in every edit has been selected and licensed by Jason Gibson Films. To ensure that we are choosing music that you will enjoy, we communicate with you before your wedding day to get an understanding of your taste in music. Allowing us to select the music promises that our total artistic vision of your day will be realized and the best possible edit of your wedding video will be delivered.
