Matt & Lauren

When we asked Lauren and Matt what they were most excited about for their wedding day, one of their top answers was, “People laughing and having a good time.” They certainly made that happen. The couple met when they were sophomores at the University of Missouri. (And just to show their team loyalty, their grand exit was to the tune of the Mizzou fight song and pom-poms!) But Lauren’s travels abroad for the summer put a hold on their budding relationship. Thankfully, the romance was rekindled when she returned, and now they travel as much and as often as they can together.
Lauren and Matt were married at St. Ambrose with the reception at Chase Park Plaza. It was a beautiful day made even more special by the tangible love and support of their friends and family. Thank you for inviting us to film your day and allowing us to celebrate with you. Congratulations Lauren and Matt!

Cory & Stephanie

Stephanie and Cory went to high school together but never knew each other. It wasn’t until New Year’s Eve a few years later that the fireworks started. It went a little something like this…
12/31/2010 – First Date
1/1/2011 – First Kiss
8/25/2013 – Engaged
8/31/2014 – Forever…
Elegant. Rustic. Charming. These are the words that come to mind when we think about Stephanie and Cory’s wedding. They were married at Chaumette Vineyards in the St. Vincent-in-the-Vineyards chapel, and everything about the day was remarkable. From the gorgeous backdrop of the vineyard to the s’mores bar at the reception and all of the sweet moments in between. We loved the personal touches like the songs by the bridesmaids & maid of honor and the C + S letters made of moss. What a special day. Congratulations Stephanie and Cory. Thank you for trusting us with your wedding day. It was a dream to film!

Thomas & Kelli

Kelli and Thomas met about four years ago but never really thought much of it. About two years later, Kelli and Thomas ran into each other while she was vacationing in the Bahamas. Thomas took Kelli fishing and was impressed when she asked to learn how to bait a hook and caught her first white marlin! A couple months after Kelli returned home from vacation, she found out Thomas was moving back from the Bahamas to complete his pilot’s license. When back in St. Louis, they spent almost every day together and were engaged just a couple of months later.
Their wedding day was beautiful and elegant! The ceremony was held at Manchester United Methodist and the reception was held at Palladium. The venue was transformed into a magical wedding dreamland. When entering the reception, we were greeted with a beautiful flower wall followed by gorgeous centerpieces, soft fabric draping and a couture inspired cake covered in 5,000 crystals! Every detail was thought out and beautiful!
Congratulations Kelli and Thomas! It was our pleasure to be a part of your wedding day.

Spencer & Alicia

Alicia and Spencer were high school sweethearts and have been best friends since the day they met. They both say that they make each other laugh more than anyone else in the world, and their laughter is contagious. We couldn’t help but have fun spending the day filming these two.
They were married at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau, MO, and the reception was held at The Venue. The love and joy shared by Alicia and Spencer came through in everything they did – the letters they exchanged beforehand, touching moments in the ceremony, and some pretty impressive moves on the dance floor. It was a true celebration shared with all of their friends and family, and we are so excited to have been a part of it.
Congratulations Alicia and Spencer!

Nathan & Jordan

Jordan and Nathan spent a few months asking each other out – and turning each other down – before finally going on their first date. But after a big move, a “World Tour,” and the perfect Vegas proposal, the couple knew it was forever.
Their wedding took us over to the Columbia, MO area where they were married at the historic Church of St. Mary’s. There were so many sweet and interesting personal touches in the ceremony, like a tree planting blessing and Jordan’s mother’s veil wrapped around her bouquet. Oh and let’s not forget, the cake made of cheese! The reception was at the Old Hawthorne Country Club, which afterwards transformed into a speakeasy after party.
Jordan and Nathan, you sure know how to celebrate! Thank you for letting us be a part of your day!
